Pricing & Policies

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. For example, if a session is on a Wednesday at 1:00 PM, you must notify me by Monday at 1:00 PM. If you notify me with less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for the entire session fee. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.

A rescheduled appointment must occur within the same calendar week and is dependent on my availability. If a new time is unable to be identified, you will be responsible for the entire session fee.

If you know you will be late for your scheduled session time, please notify me immediately. I will wait for 10 minutes before the session is considered cancelled if appropriate notice has not been given. At that time, you will be responsible for the full session fee. If you are late for a session, you will lose some of your session time. For example, if a session is set to begin at 1:00 PM, the session will be considered cancelled at 1:11 PM if there has been no communication with me.

Confidentiality

The content of a therapy session remains confidential at all times. However, there are limitations, which include:

1. Threatening or attempting to take one's life by suicide.
2. Suspected physical, emotional, or sexual abuse of a minor.
3. Suspected physical, emotional, or sexual abuse of an individual with cognitive or physical differences.
4. Suspected physical, emotional, or sexual abuse of an elderly person.

Pricing

The rate per session is $165. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide documentation, known as a Superbill, that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
