The Narrative

Rooted in Color: A Space for Restful Play and Healing for Men of Color is a space created for men of color to find support as they hold the emotional weight of racism, navigate systems built on white-body supremacy, and grow a community rooted in resilience, truth, and healing. This group will integrate psychoeducation, guided reflection, and shared living experiences to help participants grow their awareness and understanding of what they have been holding and reclaim their narrative, so they can thrive instead of survive.

Transforming Pain

Lewis will use interpersonal discussion, guided reflection, psychoeducation, and experiential approaches during the monthly meetings.​​
